Honestly best cheap hotel I’ve ever been to! All staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean, no bugs, water has softeners which my skin loooved & that water gets HOT! 10/10 would stay again

Super friendly and no worries. Honest, clean, helpful. We were here for several days during a hurricane & we had three dogs. We were made aware that the first floor could flood as it had before. It didn't, and everything from the previous flood had already been repaired & replaced as necessary, even on the second floor. We were also made aware of a current lack of generator, which is understandable. Evacuations can be rough. These are good people.

I requested a smoking room when I booked the room, upon arrival I asked if it was downstairs but the smoking rooms were upstairs. I had been moving all day and had been walking up and down stairs all day, the front desk clerk gave me a downstairs room. Very nice of him to do that for me.

Room was super clean restroom was also super clean service at front desk was friendly and very helpful. They offer a military discount. Bed was comfortable it was a great stay location is nice right off the highway store and restaurants and fast food nearby

I stayed here with my buddy Daniel after a failed hitch hiking mission and getting stuck in the middle of nowhere for a night. The manager was not willing to price match on a site my buddy had found a lower price so we had to book it on the third party site for a better deal. Nothing much going on in the area other than a rouses supermarket and cinema and pharmacy but the bed was very comfortable and the television worked. Heating in the room could be adjusted. The manager was not the most helpful and it is impossible to get an Uber and we had to rely on the kindness of strangers which we came to realize this was not the most friendly town unlike other places to get to the train station the very next day after calling for an hour. The hot water took slightly long to turn on.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable room and relaxing environment. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in this location twice with no issues. It's easier and cheaper to stay here and drive into New Orleans, it's only a 45 minute drive.

I pulled over to stay at this hotel on my way home to New Orleans last night because the area was under such severe weather (thunderstorms) and there were multiple car wrecks on the road that had us stuck on the interstate for several hours. It was getting late and couldn't make it all the way to New Orleans. This place was perfect for a good night's rest while the weather cleared up and the roads were made safe again. The staff was very friendly. The area where the hotel sits is very peaceful and I felt quite safe because the local police station is along the same road. Since I live so close, I don't know if I'll have the chance to stay here again, but if I'm ever in a situation like I was in last night, I would stay here in a heartbeat!
